The feature is built to be fast and intuitive, taking less than 5 seconds to log an entry between patient consultations.
1. Open the Diary: From the Homepage. Open your DocLogbook app. On the homepage, look at the bottom navigation bar and tap the Diary option.
2. Create a New Entry: Tap to Add. Once inside the Diary interface, tap on the New Entry button to open the task creation form.
3. Enter a Title: Categorize your location. Type in a clear title that defines your block of work—for example, Surgery, OPD, or IPD. This helps you see your day's macro-schedule at a glance.
4. Select Date & Time: Set your timeline. Choose the scheduled Date from the calendar picker, and assign the specific Time and Task details for the event.
5. Save Your Entry: Finalize. Tap Save. The task is now securely stored and will serve as your digital reminder for upcoming clinical and surgical responsibilities.
Why shift from paper to digital?
Unlike a paper diary, your digital Diary in DocLogbook is always in your pocket, backed up securely, and sits right alongside your case logs, making it easier than ever to bridge the gap between planning your day and logging your clinical milestones.
Give it a try during your next round, and transition your daily reminders to a smarter, more reliable workflow.
